The Family Archive and Site Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The photographs, letters, paintings, documents, writing and jewelry designs on this site belong to the Levitt family and the Estate of Marian Fay Levitt, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to view and share links to the site. You may not copy, download, republish, sell or use any of its images or text, including to train or prompt artificial intelligence tools, without our written permission. For permission requests, including from researchers, publishers and filmmakers, please write to us through the contact page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The historical and genealogical information on the site is shared in good faith from family records and outside sources. It may contain errors, and it should not be relied on as an official record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marian Fay Levitt Jewelry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Marian’s pieces are handmade, and many are one of a kind or vintage. Small variations in color, stone, finish and size are part of each piece and are not defects. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, though colors can look different from screen to screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders and pricing.<\/strong> Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. An order is confirmed when payment is received. If a piece sells out elsewhere, such as at a trunk show, before your order is processed, we will let you know and refund you in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping.<\/strong> Shipping is available within the US and worldwide. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns.<\/strong> Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Contact us<\/a> before sending anything back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Care.<\/strong> These are delicate, handmade pieces. We are not responsible for damage caused by wear, water, chemicals or improper storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Private Viewings, Trunk Shows and Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Private viewings are by appointment and confirmed by email. Event dates, venues and the pieces shown may change, and any updates are posted on the Events page and sent to the email list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Messages and Submissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you send us a story, photograph or idea, for example as a possible guest for the Lions Leap podcast, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We will not publish anything you send without asking you first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Links and Affiliate Links<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The site links to outside websites, including genealogy archives, booksellers and suppliers. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
